Train With YG provides personal training, fitness coaching, accountability, general nutrition guidance, meal-structure suggestions, supplement education, and general lifestyle support. This service is not medical care, physical therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.

Client agrees to disclose medical conditions, pain, injuries, surgeries, medications, limitations, and health history before training begins and whenever something changes.

Client understands exercise carries risk. Client agrees to stop if they feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, unusual shortness of breath, or any concerning symptom, and to seek medical advice when appropriate.

Training, nutrition, and supplement suggestions should be reviewed by the client before starting. If the client has concerns, allergies, restrictions, symptoms, or medical instructions, they must tell the coach before following the plan so it can be adjusted.

Client agrees to arrive prepared for training in a manner that supports personal comfort, shared-space hygiene, and a respectful coaching environment, including appropriate workout clothing, clean training shoes, and reasonable personal care before and after sessions.
